About the Role
GlossGenius is seeking a Staff Product Manager to enhance and scale our payment infrastructure and checkout features. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation in our payments architecture, manage the integration of hardware solutions, and expand our fintech revenue streams. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, scalable, and secure transaction process while safeguarding trust and safety for our users.
You can be based remotely in the greater San Francisco, Seattle or Miami area, OR hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office) from our NYC headquarters.
What You'll Do
Optimize and scale GlossGenius' Payments Architecture to ensure seamless and secure transactions across all platformsOversee the integration of GlossGenius' hardware solutions with payment systems and manage vendor relationships for efficient supply chain operationsDrive growth and integration of fintech offerings such as GeniusLoans, Instant Payouts, and Issuing to enhance revenueImplement and enhance fraud prevention and security measures to protect transactions and user dataWork with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives and manage the product roadmapTrack and analyze payment system performance, providing regular updates on project progress and key metrics
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in product related role with a focus on payment systems, fintech, or related areasProven track record of leading innovation in payment infrastructure and scaling financial services products Demonstrated ability to develop and expand fintech revenue streams and integrate new financial servicesExcellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completionTechnical fluency; comfortable discussing technology concepts with engineering counterpartsPassion for empowering small business owners to be successful; possess a high level of empathy our customers and a strong desire to deeply understand their needs

The starting base salary for this role in New York and California is between $180,000-$230,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
